Behineh Kavosh Samin Company was established with the aim of extracting and processing metallic and non-metallic minerals, producing various ferroalloys, as well as magnesium and the downstream chain of these metals.
To achieve the above objectives, the company has acquired mines, carried out extraction activities, and established processing and production plants across the country.
Ferroalloy Research and Studies Center in Zanjan Province
In order to conduct industry-oriented research with the aim of processing, transferring technical knowledge and technology, and using it to produce various ferroalloys in the country, the company will establish a research and studies center near the under-construction ferroalloy and magnesium ingot production plant in Ofogh Abhar Industrial Park.
Abhar Ferrosilicon Production Project
Behin Kavosh Samin Company has started the construction of a ferrosilicon production plant with a production capacity of 80,000 tons per year (in two phases) on a 25-hectare land located in Ofogh Abhar Industrial Park, Zanjan Province. The company intends to produce this alloy with a chemical composition of 75% silicon, aiming to produce and export this product while complying with international standards and product diversification.
Sirjan Magnesium Ingot Production Project
Behin Kavosh Samin Company has started the construction of a magnesium ingot production plant with a nominal production capacity of 20,000 tons per year on a 14-hectare land located in Sirjan Industrial Park No. 2 in the province of Kerman. The company intends to produce magnesium ingot while complying with international standards and product diversification, aiming to produce and export this product.
Balvard Dolomite Mine
Behin Kavosh Samin Company, by owning the 220-hectare Balvard Dolomite Mine located in Sirjan city, has started extracting and producing granulated dolomite to provide sustainable feedstock for the Sirjan Magnesium Production Plant. This mine has a minimum of 40 million tons of proven dolomite reserves with a suitable MgO grade. Based on this, in addition to meeting the needs of the production plants of Behin Kavosh Samin, it is able to supply products with different gradations, high grade, and according to the needs of applicants in the requested tonnages and without limitation.
Nodushan Polymetallic Mine
The Nodushan polymetallic mine with an area of about 140 hectares is located in terms of national divisions in Yazd province, Saduq city, and Nodushan city, 35 kilometers southwest of Nodushan city. The Nodushan polymetallic mine contains lead, zinc, and copper ores, which are processed to produce products such as lead ingots, zinc ingots, etc. This mine has a polymetallic mineralization with a reserve of about 1.3 million tons, which is under further study for extraction and exploitation.
